On Mai 2010 Mr. Sven Breitenfeld, IPEK’s Deputy Managing Director, and Mr. Philippe RITTER, AGRIPPA’s Director, confirmed they longterm partnership to develop their market share in sales of inspection video systems in France, Africa and Indian Ocean.
On Mai 2010 Mr. Sven Breitenfeld, IPEK’s Deputy Managing Director, and Mr. Philippe RITTER, AGRIPPA’s Director, confirmed they longterm partnership to develop their market share in sales of inspection video systems in France, Africa and Indian Ocean. Mr. Breitenfeld has been developing IPEK’s distributors network for four years now following a customer driven policy called «voice of customers». For IPEK, customers are at the core of products evolutions and each market requests a specific approach. Thus, respecting customers needs and requirements lead to a win-win relationship - «buying an IPEK equipment is like buying a piece of IPEK».
According to the market evolution during 2009 and 2010, IPEK set up a strategy
to offer more adaptable products to growing markets such as Germany, USA, Scandinavia and France. The EN 1610 norm forces many service providers to adapt their equipments and thus «AGILIOS became a best seller these last years, beyond our expectancies» says Mr. Breitenfeld. Serviceproviders require more accurate and sturdy cameras with more control capabilities. That’s why IPEK is working on a new range of products to propose more interoperability and efficiency. Along the same lines, IPEK reorganises its structure in order to be more reactive to customers and
distributors requests. Mr. Breitenfeld visited a few weeks ago AGRIPPA’s new head office and workshop. «A very impressive visit» says Mr. Breitenfeld «that motivated IPEK to confirm our trust on Agrippa’s future development». Despite the economic situation in France and Europe, AGRIPPA succeeded increasing its activity». Rovver and Supervision inspection systems are quality solutions appreciated for their sturdiness and precision.
AGRIPPA has been through structural changes during the last two years
leading to an organization focused on sales increase. Salesmen and technicians are permanently trained by IPEK’s staff to grant accurate advice and reactive after-sales service. «AGRIPPA has been investing for years to reach this new organisation and we are proud that a partner as IPEK trusts in our development projects in France and abroad» says M. Ritter. IPEK’s products will be shown during next Pollutec Lyon 2010 Exhibition exclusively in AGRIPPA’s stand.
