Batteries must not be disposed of in the household waste. The user is legally obligated to return used batter-ies. Users are entitled to return batteries free of charge after its use at the point of sale or in its immediate vicinity (e.g. at public waste management authorities or any distributors). The user also has the possibility to return batteries by post or contact his supplier for the return of the batteries.

Batteries or accumulators containing harmful substances are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out dust-bin. The chemical name of the pollutant is located near the dustbin symbol.
For example: Cd stands for cadmium, Pb for lead and Hg for mercury.

Storage period of your personal data

We adhere to the principles of data economy and data avoidance. This means that we only store the data you provide us with for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes or as required by the various storage periods stipulated by law. If the respective purpose no longer applies or if the corresponding periods expire, your data will be routinely blocked or delet-ed in accordance with the statutory provisions.
For this purpose, we have created an internal company concept to ensure this procedure.

If you contact us by email, telephone, fax, contact form etc., you agree to electronic communica-tion. Personal data will be collected as soon as you contact us. Which kind of data is collected if you contact us via a contact form can be seen from the respective contact form. Your data will be transmitted SSL-encrypted. The information you provide is stored exclusively for the purpose of processing your inquiry and for possible follow-up questions.

We use a software for the maintenance of customer data (CRM system) or a comparable software based on our legitimate interests (efficient and fast processing of user requests).

For this purpose, we have concluded an order processing contract with the provider, in which the provider undertakes the processing of user data only according to our instructions and to comply with the EU data protection level.
We would like to point out that emails can be read or changed unnoticed and without authoriza-tion. We would also like to point out that we use a software to filter unwanted emails (spam fil-ter). The spam filter can reject emails if they are wrongly identified as spam by certain features.

Which rights do you have?

a) Right to information

You have the right to obtain information about your stored data free of charge. Upon request, we will inform you in writing and in accordance with the applicable law about the personal data we have stored about you. This also includes the origin and recipients of your data as well as the purpose of the data processing.

b) Right to correction

You have the right to have your date stored with us corrected if it is incorrect. In doing so, you can demand a limitation of the processing, e.g. if you dispute the correctness of your personal data.

c) Right to block

You can also have your data blocked. To ensure that your data can be blocked at any time, the data must be stored in a block file for control purposes.

d) Right to deletion

You can also request the deletion of your personal data, provided that statutory storage obliga-tions do not exist. If such an obligation exists, we will block your data upon request. If the rele-vant legal requirements are met, we will delete your personal data even without a corresponding request on your part.

e) Right to data transferability

g) Right of objection

You have the possibility to revoke the use of your data for internal purposes at any time with effect for the future. Web analysis service Google Analytics / Universal Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", text files which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of the usage of the online offer. The information generated by the cookie about the use of our website is usual-ly transferred to a Google server and will be stored there.
However, if IP anonymization is activated in our online offer, your IP address will be shortened before by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states that are parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate the usage of our online offer, to com-pile reports on the activities of the online offer and to provide us with further services related to the usage of the online offer and the usage of the Internet. Processing is carried out based on our legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (DSGVO). In addition, our website uses Google Analytics for a cross-device analysis of visitor flows, which is carried out via a user ID. When a page is called up for the first time, the user is assigned a unique, permanent and anonymous ID which will be set across all devices used. This makes it possible to assign interaction data from different devices and from different sessions to a single user. The user ID does not contain any personal data and does not transmit such data to Google.
The collection and storage of data via a User-ID can be objected at any time with effect for the future. To do so, you must deactivate Google Analytics on all the systems you use, for example in another browser or on your mobile device.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by making a corresponding setting in your browser soft-ware. However, we point out that in this case not all functions of our online offer can be used to their full extent.
We would like to point out that our online offer uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()" and therefore IP addresses are only processed in an abbreviated form in order to exclude the possibility of direct personal references.
Data sent by us and linked to cookies, user IDs (e.g. User ID) or advertising IDs are automatical-ly deleted after 14 months. How to disable Google Analytics

DoubleClick by Google

This website uses the online marketing tool DoubleClick by Google of the operator Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("DoubleClick"). DoubleClick uses cookies to serve ads relevant to users, to improve campaign performance re-ports or to prevent users from seeing the same ads more than once. Google uses a cookie ID to help identify which ads are shown in which browser and to prevent them from being shown more than once. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in the optimal marketing of our website in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (DSGVO).
DoubleClick can also use cookie IDs to track so-called conversions related to ad requests. his is the case, for example, when a user sees a DoubleClick ad and later visits the advertiser's website with the same browser and makes a purchase. According to Google, DoubleClick cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information.
Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with the Google server. We have no influence on the scope and further usage of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our state of knowledge: Through the integration of DoubleClick, Google receives the information that you have called up the corresponding part of our website or clicked on an advertisement from us. Using YouTube

Here the extended data protection mode is used, which, according to the provider’s information, only starts to store user information when the video is/videos are played.

If the playback of embedded Youtube videos is started, Youtube uses cookies to collect infor-mation about user behavior. According to information provided by Youtube, these serve among other things, to collect video statistics, improve user-friendliness and prevent abusive behavior.

If you are logged in to Google your information will be directly associated to your account when you click on a video. If you do not want your profile to be associated with YouTube, you must log out before activating the button. Google saves your data (even for users who are not logged in) as user profiles and evaluates them. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 letter f GDPR (DSGVO) based on Google's legitimate interests in the display of personalized advertising, market research and/or needs-based design of its website. You have the right to object a creation of these user profiles, but you must contact YouTube to exercise this right.

Regardless of a playback of the embedded videos, a connection to the Google network "Dou-bleClick" will be established each time our online offer is accessed, which may trigger further data processing operations without our influence.
